The diploma automobile & mechanical course is only for the wards of BSF personnel. The message for admission, sent to different units , SHQs , Ftrs and FHQ normally in the month of April-May every year and the last date for receiving filled up forms in the prescribed format in the month of June-July of the concerned year. The format of Admission Form is available on the Web Side of BSF Academy , Tekanpur and RJIT Tekanpur from where form can be down loaded .

The application form in the prescribed Proforma should reach to Commandant, CSMT BSF, Tekanpur within specified period along with all necessary documents and crossed demand draft of Rs 200/- drawn in favour of Commandant, CSMT BSF, Tekanpur, payable at SBI Tekanpur Code 8284. No document and form will be accepted after last date or without Bank Draft of prescribed fee. The list of documents those photocopies to be attached is as under :

Date of Birth Proof
Father’s Service Certificate
Medical Fitness certificate
Character Certificate
Transfer Certificate
SC/ST/OBC Certificate with MP domicile
Sports certificate

The scrutinizing of the applications received is first being conducted by a local board of officers presided by the Principal and then for final merit list based on admission test is formed by the following Board of Officers :

M2                         :     Principal Diploma Automobile Engineering
M3                         :     DC of minority community detailed by Director of Academy
